Collaborating with architects EJ Studio and client Laura Logan, TG+Co focused on technical detailing to make the design functional, handling weatherproofing, draft-proofing, and seamless integration challenges. TG+Co contributed significantly to cabinetry design and created distinctive fabric-panelled doors. Their most complex achievement involved the corner post, which concealed a steel structural element while serving multiple functions - acting as doorpost, roof support, window capping, and cabinetry component simultaneously, while maintaining a clean, minimal appearance. Their approach transforms potentially cumbersome structural elements into elegant, purposeful design features that integrate seamlessly within the overall aesthetic.
